This slightly mysterious craft cola syrup is dyed a deep night color with bamboo charcoal and butterfly pea. Yuzu juice is combined with lemon juice and lime juice to create a refreshing and easy-to-drink flavor. Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coriander, and caraway are layered to give the citrus lightness a hint of spice depth.

We used butterfly pea and bamboo charcoal for color, spices to define its character, and finally, caraway to gently cloud the aftertaste. We aimed for a flavor that isn't overly showy, but is unforgettable.
