HOW TO ORDER
Four simple steps
When you visit CRADRI from outside Japan, the WorldShopping cart should appear automatically.

Choose your items
Browse CRADRI and open the product page you would like to purchase.

Add to WorldShopping
Select any required options, then use the WorldShopping “Add to Cart” button.

Proxy purchase in Japan
WorldShopping purchases the items on your behalf and receives them at its warehouse.

Pay shipping and receive
After packing, pay the international shipping charge and wait for delivery.
Cart not showing?
Refresh the product page and make sure you are accessing the site from outside Japan. The cart appears only for products that can be purchased from your country or region.

Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I see the WorldShopping cart?
The cart is normally displayed only when accessing from outside Japan and only for eligible products. Refresh the page, disable any content blocker that may hide the widget, and check another eligible product page.
Can I know the exact international shipping fee before ordering?
The final amount is calculated after the items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse and are packed. The official calculator provides an estimate, but the actual amount may differ.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Confirmed proxy-purchase orders generally cannot be changed or canceled. Check all product details before completing payment.
Who should I contact about international delivery?
Please contact WorldShopping support for questions about proxy purchasing, payment, warehouse processing, international delivery or customs documentation.
